South African actor, radio host, television presenter and businessman Ntokozo Dlamini will be returning to the SABC1 drama Uzalo.

Ntokozo, who plays Mastermind Maphumulo, is currently in prison. He took a hiatus from acting to focus on becoming a father and on his construction and events businesses. Ntokozo and Jessica Nkosi welcomed their baby girl named Namisa “Nami” Dlamini about a month ago.
According to rumours, TK had been suspended for misbehaving.
Speaking to a KZN radio station, the Uzalo actor said he was not suspended or fired but he took a break to spend some time with his new born baby Namisa.
According to Daily Sun, a source who works on the soapie, confirmed that Dlamini was indeed suspended but he will be returning to the show soon.
“The producers felt he was not respectful. He’d come to set late and not apologise. But he’s coming back soon,” – a source said.
“We can confirm that TK Dlamini, also known as Mastermind, will be appearing on Uzalo in the near future. But we’d like to make it clear that he was never dismissed or suspended,” – Uzalo spokeswoman Marang Setshwaelo said.
