After being away from the small screen for almost two years, Nolo Phiri will be back on Rhythm City in November. Nolo joined Rhythm City back in 2012 as the feisty Niki and left the show after 6 years to pursue other interests.

Niki is back with a whole lot of drama! And going to stir the pot between Suffocate and Puleng who have thus far mended their relationship and living a blissful life but all that bliss will fade slowly when a tragedy befalls the Ndlovu clan.Rhythm City fans can expect more gripping entertainment with Nolo looking forward to stepping into Niki’s shoes, a character that is brave upfront and always has something up her sleeves.
Fans know the character well, but here’s a reminder of where Niki left Rhythm City.
Niki skipped town after killing Themba, suffocate’s younger brother and left her daughter Busi who is being raised by Puleng. She has since been on the run for murder and is named as the number one fugitive to look out for.
She had confessed the murder to Puleng on a note detailing how and why she killed Themba. She comes back after hearing of Busi missing.
