South African actress Sophie Ndaba, who is famous for acting as Queen Moroka in the SABC1 soapie Generations, is not dead, she is alive.

The fake news about her death started after an unknown person took to Twitter to announce that actress Sohie Ndaba has died. Some people also stated that the news was was allegedly announced by SABC3 breakfast TV show – Expresso.
However, the breakfast show responded to the rumour saying that they did not report about Ndaba’s death rumours.
“The rumours about Sophie Ndaba’s death is false and we did not report on any news about her on the show today (sic),” – they said.
Sophie Ndaba also took Twitter to dismiss death rumours.
“The year is 2018. The mentally disturbed masses are still lying about the death of people in the public domain. Will it ever end? We’ll never know. Will they ever change? I doubt it (sic),” – Sophie tweeted.
