Following multi award-winning South African musician, AKA’s, public disclosure of his positive COVID-19 results this past Friday, and his candidness about being transparent as possible about his recovery journey, AKA’s COVID-19 diaries will start airing today on MTV Base and BET.

You can catch AKA’s COVID-19 diaries at 17:00 on Newsish on MTV Base (DStv channel 322) and during the 21:30 break on BET (DStv channel 135).
As AKA continues to build his strength on his COVID-19 recovery, he also celebrates his two #SAMA26 nominations for his single Jika, in the categories Record Of The Year and Music Video Of The Year which were announced last week.
