Black Coffee Wins Best Deep House DJ award in Ibiza

DJ Black Coffee for scooped yet another international award last night. The DJ bagged the Best Deep House DJ title. The 20th Annual DJ Awards took place in Ibiza, Spain.Β He beat the likes of Bedouin, Damian Lazarus, Matthia Meyer, Maya Jane Coles, Patrice Baumel, Lee Foss and Lee Burridge.

Other jocks who were awarded include: veteran deejays Carl Cox (Best Techno DJ), HARDWELL (International DJ, Big Groom House), Armin van Buuren (Best Trance DJ), among others.

Black Coffee took to social media to thank fans for the continued support. He wrote: “One more for the culture. Thank you for the votes, love and continued support.”

According to IOL, this is the third times the world-renowned deejay has won at the prestigious event. He previously won Breakthrough DJ of the Year and Dance Nation of the Year trophies at the 2015 edition of the awards.

The international award ceremony, which aims to celebrate and unite deejays, industry professionals and media together at the end of the Ibiza summer season, celebrated its 20th anniversary this year.
