Matthew, a highly regarded and passionate winemaker, has been in the business for many years and comes from a well-known family of successful and innovative winemakers in South Africa. According to Boity, the partnership came to fruition in 2019 when the two were first introduced. “At our very first meeting, we discussed the idea of developing a ‘ready to drink’ (RTD) product.
