Busamed Modderfontein Private Hospital’s star continues to rise after it was recently voted as one of the top twenty private hospitals in South Africa on the Discovery Patient Experience of Care Survey.
Busamed Modderfontein is the only Johannesburg hospital listed in the Top 20, with five out of seven Busamed hospitals being represented as well.
Discovery Health conducts an annual Patient Satisfaction Survey post-discharge to gauge the patient experience in the following areas:
- Doctors engagement and communication with patients
- Nursing staff communication with patients
- Hospital environment
- Pain Management
- Medication information
- Discharge preparation
