Rapper Cassper Nyovest has donated R150 000 to help students pay their university fees.
The Gauteng provincial government announced last week that Cassper had given R50 000 to a Wits student initiative to help with fees.
On Sunday, “Mama I made it” hitmaker tweeted that he will be donating R100 000 to Twitter user @Ursula_Joy, who has been using the social media platform to raise funds for her fees by selling homemade ginger juice (Gemere).
“I love this. I’ll pledge R100 000 from my December Gig money to you and your peers fees. Hope it can help” – the rapper tweeted.
