Two of South Africa’s biggest rappers Cassper Nyovest and AKA once again found themselves on the Twitter trends list after their ongoing beef erupted.

It all started with a watermelon emoji tweeted by US music mogul Diddy. Yesterday, the rapper tweeted a gif of himself and captioned with the watermelon emoji.
As reported by Okay Africa, AKA’s own personalized vodka in partnership with the alcohol brand Cruz is watermelon flavored. The MC jokingly responded to Diddy’s tweet, “Everyone loves watermelon.”

Cassper Nyovest, who is an ambassador for Ciroc in South Africa, responded to Diddy’s tweet with the “no entry” emoji and that’s how it started.
Ciroc has already issued a statement to address the rumor that Ciroc would be launching a watermelon flavor.
