For almost a decade, DJ Super Nova has consistently brought skill, sophistication and positive energy to his nightclub and college bookings as well as his events worldwide. He takes great pride in curating memorable sets, whether his clients want Hip-Hop, Top 40, EDM, Latin, Classics or Reggae.
The determined disc jockey’s musical adventure began as a dream during his childhood in the Bronx, New York, but he would wait until college to bring it to reality. Upon the end of his run at Penn State, Super Nova’s parties cemented him as a musical and marketing force on campus and at schools along the East Coast. While his classmates were thrilled to see concerts from chart-toppers like Pitbull, Lupe Fiasco, Fabolous, and O.A.R….he was there, sharing the stage with them.
As he continued to widen his interests and influence, DJ Super Nova journeyed into Sound Design for theatrical programs. He was instrumental in the success of sold-out play “A Q Brother’s Christmas Carol” at the Chicago Shakespeare Theater, where his attention to detail and musical styling enhanced the showgoers’ experience.
Radio has only added to his reach with recent appearances on Sirius/XM’s “Sway in the Morning”, viewed by many as “the hallmark Hip-Hop show”. Super Nova also interacts with international fans biweekly via his radio features on show like “#Audiogasm”, airing on Metro FM and other national radio stations in Southern Africa.
Super Nova now routinely tours nationally playing energetic, open format sets. International markets have also taken notice, as he’s completed successful tours in South Africa and played well-received performances in Belize, Jamaica, Mexico, and the Dominican Republic.
