Vuzu’s Rich Kid Nape Phashe sues Pigspotter and DJ Warras supports his decision.
In August, Nape Phasha, who appeared on Vuzu’s Rich Kidswas accused of allegedly killing a biker while driving his mother’s car. The allegations were made by popular Twitter user @PigSpotter.
The user wrote: “Nape Pasha, seen on Vuzu’s rich kids, knocked down and killed a biker on Grasfontein with mommy’s car and fled the scene.”
Nape Phasha then responded denying the allegations and announced that he would be releasing a statement with regards to the accusations.
Fast forward to September and Nape together with his legal team have revealed that they will be suing Pig Spotter R500,000. According to Times Live Nape’s attorney, Michael Bill Motsoeneng has brought a case of defamation of character against @PigSpotter.
The publication also revealed that @PigSpotter has further been instructed to make a public apology and retract their statements relating to Nape not only on their personal social media accounts but also in a major newspaper.
Upon hearing the news, 5FM DJ and Live Amp presenter, DJ Warras showed his support towards suing @PigSpotter. Check here for tweets: Tweet
