They walked away with the World’s Best Campaign – Media Relations award for their campaign Ilobola Nge Bhubesi at the annual International Communications Consultancy Organisation (ICCO) Global Awards which took place at The Savoy in London last week.

The ICCO Global Awards are judged by an elite panel of top international PR practitioners who consider the excellence and effectiveness of PR work from across the world.

“An independent agency in Johannesburg worming its way into some of the best global platforms for the work we do for clients who say yes! What a joy!” expresses Sylvester Chauke, Chief Architect at DNA Brand Architects.

Earlier this year, DNA Brand Architects were big winners at the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC) Gold Quill Awards in Vancouver, Canada, and made history locally as the first black-owned agency to win a PRISM Campaign of the Year in its 22-year history.

The consistency of DNA Brand Architects over the years speaks volumes to their strive for Black Excellence and moving the narrative of black owned agencies forward.

Having recently released his first book, Stand Against Bland, Sylvester Chauke’s stand against bland approach has been instrumental to his agency’s success and positioning him as one of the most noteworthy leaders of our generation.

Already a number 1 best-seller at numerous Exclusive Books stores nationwide, Sylvester Chauke’s Stand Against Bland book is targeted at students and young graduates who want to make a difference in the spaces they find themselves in.
