Entertainer Zodwa Wabantu plans to retire in 2020

South African media personality socialite and dancer, Zodwa Wabantu, whose real name is Zodwa Libram, is in the process of retiring and becoming a farmer.

Speaking to Daily Sun, Zodwa said that at the end of 2019 to focus on farming. Zodwa told the publication that she bought land in Mbombela, Mpumalanga.

“I’ve chosen farming because it’s a simple business. I’m not educated,” she said.

Wabantu said that the farm will have chickens, cattle and sheep. The star further added that there reason she’s opening a farm is because she doesn’t want to see her money sitting in her account doing nothing. She wants it to move around.

Zodwa said women should embrace their bodies and know how to have fun in a responsible way and get involved in businesses that can help them grow their income.

Zodwa did say that she was planning on retire in 2018, but due to the bookings she already has for 2019, she will retire in 2020.

Zodwa will perform at the Fact Durban Rocks on 31 December.
