On 24 September, we’ll all have a good excuse to gather with friends and family to celebrate National Heritage Day. Also affectionately known as Braai Day, it’s a special annual holiday where we get to honour the South African heritage and be proud of our roots.

South Africans are known to be the best braai masters and we all love to hang out around our respective fires, celebrating our heritage,  even more so on this particular day. It is named many things: Chisa Nyama, Braai and uKosa to name a few.

So if you are prepping for your braai gathering and reside within the Umhlanga Rocks, Durban North or Springfield areas make sure you get the essential items you need to make your day by the fire a good one!
