Eternal Africa’s publishing deal comes ahead of what is expected to be a great music season for the talented producer and recording artist.

“Having a major label partner with Eternal Africa is testament to his talent and work. Eternal Africa has produced some of the biggest songs on rotation on radio right now and it’s just the tip of the iceberg of what the continent can expect from him in the near future,” shares Raphael Benza of Vth Season.

“It has been a while since we had a producer like Eternal Africa who can marry sounds so naturally from Naija to Gqom and traditional SA Pop. You can hear that here is an exceptional talent whose sound is so well crafted and clean and importantly so highly original,” expresses Ryan Hill, MD of Universal Music Publishing SA.

2018 has already seen Eternal Africa collaborate with or produce music for the below artists.

Patoranking, Dj Neptune, Sheyi Shay, Dj Tira, Moonchild Sanelly, Shomadjozi, Major League, Lungisa Xhamela, Zandie Khumalo, Dr Bones, Nick Soul, The Spirits, Dr Blazey, Fiesta Black, Obbynice, Manu WorldStar, Rouge, Gigi Lamayne, Ami Faku, Ntsika (The Soil), Mo T (Micasa), Quatabudukusu (Ghana), Panetoz (Sweden) and Bebe Cool (Uganda).

“I’m thrilled to have Universal Music Publishing as part of my team. Thank you to my management at Vth Season for orchestrating this deal. The vision is very big and I’m humbled to have a major label as big as Universal Music come on board,” shares Eternal Africa.

Eternal Africa made waves earlier this year when he released a South African Xhosa cover version of Niniola’s hit single Maradona featuring Ami Faku. He is gearing up for another single release this Friday where he has collaborated with Patoranking, Moonchild Sanelly, DJ Tira and DJ Neptune on what is expected to be a massive Summer Dance track titled, Osikapa.

Mentored by VIACOM Media Networks Africa’s (MTV, MTV Base, BET, Comedy Central, Nickelodeon) Executive Director, Alex Okosi, Eternal Africa is a breath of fresh air in the music industry and is a must watch producer and artist on the continent.
