Siyasamkela Mkangala (Siya Mkangala) is fairly new in the industry but she has gained a lot of support from posting her modelling photos and dancing videos on social media.
Siyasamkela Mkangala, born in the Eastern Cape and grew up in Durban, South Africa, is one of the unseen upcoming models who always showcase their talents on social media.
She enjoys posing for the camera, that’s like her life which is the reason she is building her career as a model.
“It’s the love I have for the camera and most people always thought I was a model because of the pictures I used to take. So my friends would encourage me to do modelling. I eventually fell in love with it,” – Siya said.
Speaking about her height, Siya said it’s very hard to break into the industry because of her height. Many people think that she’s not fit to be a model because she’s short but she believes in herself and nothing can stop her.
Siya is currently doing a photo-shoot with one of the clothing brands in South Africa and they will be releasing sports wear soon. She also said she will be releasing her own lingerie line and a clothing brand next month and it will be an opportunity for some ladies to work with her on a photoshoot.

“I make my own clothes so that all I do is to buy fabric which I can say I spend the most money on because I’m not into accessories or any other thing,” – she said.
Mkangala, who lost her parents when she was still very young, said her dream is to work with one of the biggest lingerie brands in the country.
“I want to see myself working with the biggest lingerie brand and having a wallpaper with my art nude selling all over the wall. Trying to stop this thing some men have. Whenever they see a naked woman all they think about is rape, I want women to feel free in their body and skin.”
“I will be well known for my artwork and my lingerie line will be one of the biggest lingerie line in Mzansi. You can follow Siya on Instagram (Sam_Mkhangala).
