Rapper Gigi Lamayne has been discharged from hospital following an alleged suicide attempt. Gigi was hospitalised this past weekend after she tried to take her own life.

Gigi, whose real name is Genesis Gabriella Tina Manney, revealed that she’s been battling with depression but she has been seeing a therapist.
Taking to social media to thank everyone who supported her, she said:
“Home safe. Thank you to every single one of my friends, industry mates and supporters. I’m sorry to you all. Clearly I’m alive to tell my best story yet. I LOVE YOU for loving me at this time of weakness. You made me strong. Now I work on myself. Now I love myself (sic),” – Gigi tweeted.
