  1. Go to Go to the GovChat website – www.govchat.org
  2. Click on “GovChat Now”
  3. Select “GovChat Now on Our App”
  4. Enter the phone number used to apply for the SASSA R350 grant
  5. Then click “Login”

  7. Then click on the drop down menu list and select “Get Your Status”
  8. Enter the reference number on the forms that was given during your application
  9. Click “Submit”
