Isibaya actress Asavela Mngqithi has announced that she is pregnant. Asavela is best known for acting as Ntwenhle on Mzansi Magic’s telenovela Isibaya. She plays the role of a young rebel lady.

Taking to Instagram to share the good news, the multi-talented Isibaya actress said this pregnancy is the best thing that she has ever done.
“The best thing I’ve ever done, I can’t wait to meet you” – Asavela Mngqithi wrote
The 24-year-old said that she was scared going on set pregnant but with all the risk assessment’s that Isibiya production has put in place, she feels confident and happy.
“Taking you to set was kinda scary but with all the risk assessments the team Bomb Productions put in place, I feel confident and happy to introduce you to the world.” – she wrote
Asavela said she is going to name her child “Umfihlo” because of the level of secrecy that they share. She also thanked Desiree Markgraaff, a shareholder and managing director at The Bomb Shelter Productions, for the continuous support she has given them.
She also urged all the pregnant and new mothers to stay safe, healthy and strong in these difficult times.
