Isidingo actress Jo-Anne Reyneke is the latest South African celebrity targeted by hackers. Cassper Nyovest, Bonang Matheba, Babes Wodumo, Mshoza, LootLove, Reid Thani and Dineo Ranaka just to mention a few, their social media accounts were hacked in the past.

The question is, are hackers targeting South African celebrities? Jo-Anne Reyneke is the latest victim.
Taking to Twitter, Jo-Anne revealed that her Instagram account has been hacked and that the hacker is using her account and name for sinister reasons.

“I’m pleading with everyone that follows me on Instagram not to respond to DM’s from me asking you to be a Influencer, my account has been hacked and is being used to hack other accounts. I don’t want anyone else going through this… On a lighter note, Happy Friday (sic),” – she tweeted.

“Finally my Instagram account is no more… Sometimes a clean slate is all you need. I shall start all over again because that’s just what we dzo! (sic),” – Jo-Anee tweeted after she successfully reported the account and getting it shut down.
