Joining the band is multi-award winning KB Motsilanyane, of Rhythm City prominence and Brandon October, pop singer-songwriter, who achieved the runner-up position in the first season of the reality television show, South African Idols.

“We are excited to host Johannesburg Big Band At The Movies following the completion of the new movies@ Gold Reef City theatre”, says Gareth Kaschula, Marketing Manager at Gold Reef City.

“Our recently refurbished property features a six-cinema complex that is themed as a Victorian train station, a bowling alley and fast food court. An array of family restaurants have also opened and these include Vigour & Verve, a Spur Steak Ranch, Boston BBQ, Calisto’s and The Raj, which gives you the perfect excuse to treat yourself to dinner and a show,” concludes Kaschula.
