As ‘The Lion King’ movie hits cinemas in South Africa tonight, Khaya Mthethwa’s wife Ntando Mthethwa, broke the news on social media announcing that her husband Khaya is the official choral director for The Lion King movie.

His wife and former Miss SA winner, Ntando, also gushed over her husband and said she is proud of him and might get a T-shirt printed to celebrate her husband’s achievement.
“God has elevated you so much. Everything you touch turns into magic. I am so proud of you my love. Your hard work and attention to detail are only a few characteristics that make you the best in your field. Onwards and Upwards baby. Meet the Choral Music Director for the Lion King movie PS: I will not get a T-shirt that says: ‘My Husband is the Choral Director’ #LionKing, (sic),” she wrote.
Khaya joins other South African artists including Busiswa, Anatii, Busiwa and Moonchild Sanelly, who also worked on the movie’s project musically.
