South African cheaters are about to be exposed on the new Moja Love reality show. Much like the American TV show, Cheaters, the show will help people who suspect that their partners are cheating or unfaithful.

Cheaters follows the cheating partner around for a few days to gather some evidence. They come back with the evidence to show the suspecting partner. After that they go with them to confront the cheating partner whom most of the time is caught in the act.

According to Move!, the producer of the show Tshidi Maphatsoe says that Uyajola 9/9 is in fact nothing like the American show.

“We have a different format from Cheaters,” she told the publication.

Uyajola 9/9 will be hosted by musician Molemo Maarohanye aka Jub Jub who returns to Moja Love after hosting the first season of confessions show Uthando Noxolo.

Speaking to Daily Sun, the producer of the show Tshidi Maphatsoe said that they did not copy the international version of Cheaters but did a South African rendition of it due to copyright issues.

“We aim to help lovers who are troubled and seek to know the truth about their partners infidelities. We also provide counselling after the encounter so that they can find closure and healing afterwards.”

Uyajola 9/9 will air on DStv Channel 157 Moja Love on Sunday 26 May.
