Multi-talented rising Hip Hop star, Moozlie, has released her highly awaited music video for her smash hit single Getting Cash. In under two weeks, Getting Cash passed the 110k views mark on YouTube and is earmarked to be Moozlie’s first music video to hit the coveted 1 Million views milestone.
Moozlie’s Getting Cash online music video release follows its TV debut on Top Billing which included an interview and behind the scenes coverage on set of the making of the Getting Cash music video.
Always looking to raise the bar with her music and creative direction, the Getting Cash music video which was conceptualized and nurtured by Moozlie. The music video was shot by Studio Space Pictures and directed by Alessio Bettocchi. The video features a modern, contemporary and urban music setting which comes across seamlessly and demonstrates just how much Moozlie has stepped up her game to rap maturity.
A huge part of the video is the wardrobe and styling and as usual Moozlie pulls out all the stops. She styled the video herself and collaborated with South African fashion labels Swanker and House of Velour to custom make outfits for the music video.
Over the years Moozlie has been building her brand against the status quo and now at 25 years old she’s unquestionably making her mark. A first for SA, Moozlie dropped her #MoozlieVersus project with international brand, Steve Madden Music and is proving that she is indeed a trend setter and that her unique local flavour has international appeal.
