Mpho Letsholonyane sends a strong warning to parents

Sports personality Mpho Letsholonyane took to Twitter on Monday morning to send a string message to parents who will be taking their kids at their first days at school.

She advised parents to not post pictures of their kids’ school name, teachers name and any information that may endanger their children.

The award winning sports presenter, said it was dangerous for parents to post pictures of their bundles of joy at their school, as the children could be exposed to criminals on social media.

“To parents of bundles of joy who will be starting school. Please be careful with what you post about your kids in your moment of pride. Don’t post school name, teachers name and all other info that may endanger your child. We tweet amongst predators. Be safe. All the best (sic),” – Mpho Letsholonyane tweeted

She also advised parents to teach their kids to fear strangers. “Only thing to do is to teach your kids to fear strangers!! Stranger danger isn’t just a phrase (sic),” – she said

As schools across South Africa open this week, Mpho also wished them the best in their dedication towards seeing their children prosper when it comes to education.
