MWEB has announced the launch of its new website. The launch follows a number of months of development to ensure that the online shopping experience is one that puts customer functionality at the heart of the design and delivers the most user-friendly experience possible.
The upgrade includes:
- Easy to read product cards with a range of product options that give customers the choice of products to suit their needs.
- Coverage maps, which showcase Fibre and LTE coverage.The functionality has been designed with both new and existing customers in mind. Customers are now able to track their applications online and existing customers can check their usage online, as well as being informed when Fibre is available at their address.
