Model Nicole Nyaba has set the record straight after reports last year claimed that she was AKA’s side chick.
Responding to Nina Hastie’s question on Trending SA this week about whether she was involved with AKA or not when he was still dating Bonang Matheba, Nyaba simply replied: “I was not AKA’s side chick”.
The cheating rumours started last year after Nicole posted her photo on Instagram standing in front of AKA’s BMW i8 in a parking lot.

In her recent interview, the local model said the reason she took a photo in front of AKA’s car was that she was parked close by and claimed people were disturbing her as she was trying to take a snap elsewhere in the parking lot.
Her photographer then suggested she shifts and ended up taking the photo with Supa Mega’s car in the background.
