- Step 1: Go to the R350 SASSA SRD grant website https://srd.sassa.gov.za/sc19/status or search for “SRD Status Check”
- Step 2: Enter ID number and your cellphone number
- Step 3: Then click “Submit” to check your status
- Step 4: You will be able to see the status of your SRD status for your application

- Step 1: Find the ‘Application for Reconsideration’ tab.
- Step 2: Click on where it says ‘click here to apply for reconsideration’.
- Step 3: You will be asked to provide your ID number and Mobile number.
- Step 4: Follow the prompts to complete the reconsideration of your payment.
