How to check Sassa Status for R350 Payment Dates August 2023 in South Africa and what to do if you have no date for payment? Please note that there’s no fixed dates for R350 payments and they are received after the Older Person’s Grants, Disability Grants, Foster Care Grants, Care Dependency Grants and Child Support Grants. If you have been successful for R350 grant payment, you will receive an SMS indicating that you have successfully completed the Sassa SRD Grant Application process and you are ready to receive payment. If you see August 2023 approved when you check Sassa Status for R350 payment dates, it means that you have to check your pay day field so that you will know a date of when you will receive your money.
Being approved for the R350 grant doesn’t mean your money is ready, however, it means that Sassa has checked and verified your Sassa R350 application and have been completed for you and you have now reached the next stage which is getting a date for R350 payment. The SRD R350 grant has no fixed payment date. The last three digits of your ID number determine on which days you may collect your SRD R350 grant from the South African Post Office. These dates vary depending on the last three digits of your ID numbers. If you are an approved beneficiary of the SASSA SRD R350 Grant and you wish to change your banking details, please submit your ID Number below. An SMS containing a secure link, unique to you, will be sent to the mobile phone number with which you registered during application.
Click on the link in the SMS and follow the instructions carefully.
Should you select payment into a bank account, please ensure that you are the owner of the account. SASSA cannot pay your grant into another person’s bank account. Should you select the money transfer option via one of the major banks, please ensure that the mobile phone number on which you received the SMS is registered in your name. SASSA cannot pay your grant into a mobile phone number which is registered to another person.
Please also note that the new banking details will only be used for future payments, after verification.
Sassa R350 Payment Dates for August 2023
Sassa has successfully paid out the R350 grants for the past year of the ongoing special Covid 19 Social Relief of Distress Grant (SRD) of R350 per month. The Sassa SRD grant application, which is set at R350 per month, is still opened until March 2024. The R350 grant is to be paid to individuals who are currently unemployed, do not receive any form of income, social grant or UIF payment etc.
