Fitness bunnie Sbahle Mpisane has broken her silence after being discharged from hospital. Sbahle is recovering well at home.

Mpisane spent more than three months after a horrific car crash which almost cost her life. The accident happened on the 9th August 2018 in Durban on Victoria Embankment, which is now known as Margaret Mncadi Avenue. The rescuers had to use the Jaws of Life to save her life.
Although Sbahle is currently using a wheelchair, her family said they hoped she would be able to walk on her own soon.
Speaking to Sunday Sun, Sbahle’s father, Sbu Mpisane, said they were happy to have her back home.
“It is a blessing to have her back. She is doing very well. She is positive and we are happy to spend time with her. We also thank the people who have been praying for her and us,” Sbu told the publication.
