Masilela’s wife Simphiwe Ngema left fans wanting more after she posted a breath-taking video of herself dancing on Instagram. Simz, who released an album that Dumi had planned before his passing, has mentioned that music is her passion and she is now going for it.

The Isidingo actress, who recently gave a stellar performance at the Soulified Chillas All Black Everything show, said doing shows without her late husband Dumi is hard.

“Doing it without you is hard Boongs but I’ve learnt that I’m not human, I was never meant to be, I carry burdens that people don’t even dream of and i am a beacon of hope to many. I’ve lived my life on stages and I’ve poured my heart out and opened it up for everyone to see…with no fear. I am Quing Simz and I am living my dream. I am a Superhero (sic),” – she wrote on Instagram

In another Instagram post, Simz Ngema said that she is living her dreams that will keep her alive. “Dad: you had dreams before you became Dumi’s wife. Those dreams will keep you alive. Remember who you were, remember your passions and start living your dream. Me: okay, let’s live! (sic),” – she said

Dumi Masilela was killed in a botched hijacking in August 2017 in Tembisa.
