Former Generations actress Sophie Ndaba has proved to many South Africans that eating healthy and exercising can help you achieve your goal.
Sophie, who is best known for her role as Queen Moroka on the SABC1 soapie Generations, has undergone a huge body transformation (weight loss) but it is more of a lifestyle change.
In an interview with DRUM Magazne last year, the 46-year-old revealed that she is diabetic, so this gave her an awakening. It made her realise that she has children and responsibilities towards her kids.
Sophie has been going to the gym and swimming since she was diagnosed with diabetic. She also revealed that she’s cut down on sugar, carbohydrates and alcohol.
The wedding-planning guru, who has been following her diet said that “eating healthy is seen as being fancy but it actually helps”- Sophie said that time.
