Fans damage property after Kwesta and Mobi Dixon didn’t show up

Class of 2018 Kwesta not showing up

The ‘Class of 2018’ event turned out ugly after angry fans decided to damage property. According to reports, fans were promised performances from the likes of Kwesta and Mobi Dixon who didn’t show up.

The event, which was held in Kimberley on Saturday, left the fans disappointed when no one hit the stage.

Videos and pictures made rounds on social media, showing angry fans damaging property at the event which promised that the likes of Mobi Dixon and Kwesta will perform.

Taking to Twitter to explain what happened, Mobi Dixon tweeted: “The promoters didn’t deliver however I don’t condone this behavior!”

SA Stars Featured On Forbes Africa’s 30 Under 30 List

Forbes Africa has released its fourth edition of the 30 under 30 list and some of the continent’s most accomplished young artists, entrepreneurs and technology stars.

South African rapper Senzo Mfundo Vilakazi, better known by his stage name Kwesta, is the latest celebrity to be featured on the GQ Magazine cover for June 2018.

It’s been a little over a year since D.EE XCLSV exploded on to our TV screens with his impressive run on hip hop talent competition, Vuzu Hustle. Since then, Dee has released his hit debut single Flex Life ft. Kwesta and worked with the likes of DJ Switch and Maraza.

#TwoHoursFromGPark is his first solo project and will be the first big SA hip hop project of the year. This project comes off the back of the Flex Life video being playlisted on all major TV channels across the country.

As you may remember, Dee was recently one of the top 5 contestants on the popular hip hop competition, #VuzuHustle. Dee followed up his memorable showing on Vuzu Hustle by releasing a YouTube clip titled, I’ll Drop Dead Before I Drop A Wack Verse. The video was in response to Dee’s dramatic exit after he’d left the show due to his not having a verse ready for a challenge. Fans hailed this video as a brilliant comeback.
