Two months ago, Londie announced that she will be embarking on a health journey with her trainer who will be monitoring her food intake. The musician has been documenting her progress and today she decided to take to Instagram where she expressed her joy about her fitness journey.
“Guys I’ve lost more than 8kgs in the last 2 months 💪🏽. I started working out and eating clean on the 1st of April and I now weigh 68kgs, and I’m more than happy with my weight now…the jeans I’m wearing finally look like boyfriend jeans (sic),” – Londie London wrote on Instagram.
