King Monada, whose real name is Steven Khutso Kgatla, is without a doubt one of the popular trend-setters in South Africa. The star recently released a new song titled ‘Malwedhe Idibala’, which simply mean ‘Disease Fainting while dancing’.

The dance sees people falling to the ground at the chorus and words: ke na le bolwedhe bao idibala (I have an illness of fainting). The chorus has evoked imaginations, leading to the #IdibalaChallenge, where people imitate fainting.
This new dance style is expected to set the festive season alight and mood for partying in all kinds of environments.
