Johannesburg’s glitterati join 80 countries in a global Moët Grand Day celebration

The world’s most loved champagne, Moët & Chandon, hosted a sparkling list of South African stars to celebrate Moët Grand Day 2018.

This global, day-to-night party saw 80 countries worldwide uniting in champagne celebration on June 9th​ bringing together over a million people from Hong Kong to Lagos and Johannesburg to Montreal. For 24 hours, friends and guests of the Champagne House came together around the globe to raise their champagne glasses in a toast to the memorable moments that bring joy to their lives.

This year’s glamorous gold-carpet Moët Grand Day party hosted at the prestigious Four Seasons, The Westcliff’s Arcadia Ballroom, saw Johannesburg once again take its place on the world stage. Moët Grand Day has become the champagne party of the year, aptly capturing the ‘Must be Moët’ mindset The event attracted the country’s top celebrities, music royalty and business personalities including Boitumelo Thulo ‘Boity’, Luthando Shosha ‘Lootlove’, Dineo Moeketsi, Khanya Mkangisa and Kelly Khumalo.
