Top 10 Most Popular Netflix Releases of 2019

Streaming giant Netflix has announced that ‘Murder Mystery’ is the most popular Netflix title in 2019. ‘The Irishman’, ‘Stranger Things’ season three and ‘The Incredibles 2’ also made it to the list of “popular” titles measured by the number of subscribers who watched at least two minutes of a film or TV show in the first 28 days of release.

Taking the No. 1 spot on Netflix’s overall “most popular” list, is Murder Mystery, the feature comedy that stars Jennifer Aniston and Adam Sandler. After the movie was released in June 2019, Netflix reported 30,869,863 accounts viewed Murder Mystery in its first three days, which represented the biggest opening weekend ever for a Netflix film.
