TV and radio personality, Anele Mdoda took to Twitter to celebrate Wendy Williams’s divorce. According to CNN, Wendy Williams filed the a petition to divorce her husband of more than 20 years, Kevin Hunter, in New Jersey on Thursday morning.

“Wendy Williams files for divorce !!! Yhu I never celebrate failed marriages and the demise of peoples love but y’all know I wanted this so bad. He hates her. Bye (sic),” – Anele Mdoda tweeted
“Wendy and her family have been a part of Debmar-Mercury for over 10 years,” a spokesperson from “The Wendy Williams Show” said to CNN in a statement.

According to court documents, obtained by Page Six, Williams and Hunter are splitting because of “irreconcilable differences.” Williams, who resides in Livingston, NJ, is seeking to establish an “appropriate amount of child support” as well as “other further relief as the Court deems fair and equitable.” The split comes in the wake of reports that Kevin’s alleged mistress gave birth to his baby on March 24.
