US rapper Juice WRLD dies at 21 after suffering seizure

American rapper, singer, and songwriter Juice WRLD has died on Sunday at the age of 21 after suffering a seizure, TMZ reports.

The rapper, real name Jarad Anthony Higgins, reportedly suffered the seizure while walking through Chicago’s Midway airport.

According to reports, Juice WRLD was bleeding from the mouth when paramedics arrived at the scene.

Capital Xtra reported that the 21-year-old rapper was still conscious after being rushed to hospital, but was sadly pronounced dead a short time later. His cause of death remains unclear at present.

Born in Chicago, Illinois, he was best known for his hit singles “All Girls Are the Same” and “Lucid Dreams” which helped him gain a recording contract with Lil Bibby’s Grade A Productions and Interscope Records.

Tributes continue to pour in on social media for the rising US rap artist.
