It first started off as just a simple social media song, sung by two teenagers and now Tholukhuti by Killer Kau and Mbali Sikwane has become a full blown song that is backed up with a concert that is going to be sponsored by Vodacom NXT LVL.
Killer Kau has even tested the song by performing it live at Club Kong and Taboo this week and according to people who were at the club, the song was nothing short of a success with the crowd.
And now the song has been turned into a Concert.
Euphonik, in collaboration with Vodacom NXT LVL will be hosting the concert which will be headlined by Killer Kau and Mbali with the support of other big names in the entertainment industry.
“Firstly the song is a hit and has become a spring board for young Killer Kau and Mbali. Vodacom NXT LVL is all about providing platforms for exposure of the youth. So we had to come in and support this initiative. Even better, Euphonik is a mentor in our upcoming “THE NXT LVL” TV show that will premier in October. The concert will be streamed live on YouTube from 12am-1am on Sunday, allowing Vodacom users to use their #MegaYourDay data to stream for free.
Tira, DJ Maphorisa, DJ Cleo and Lerato Kganyago will also be attending the concert plus more.
