Nestlé’s FREE weekly BarOne Gym Squad is set to host two big activations this weekend in KZN and Western Cape running concurrently with the weekly activations in Gauteng and the Free State. The big Cape Town and Durban activations will take place ahead of the BarOne Gym Squad official media launch taking place in Soweto, Johannesburg on 30 September 2017at Orlando Eco Park.

Already a popular Saturday morning activity for young adults; BarOne Gym Squads have seen hundreds of people get active at these sessions over the past three months, and this weekend’s activities are another opportunity for the country to get active together.

Cape Tonians can make their way to Zola’s Aerobics Club, Ny49 Stadium in Gugulethu from 08:30 – 09:30 and Durbanites can attend theBarOne Gym Squad at BBB (Tripple B) Bootcamp, P9 Bhenjani Road in KwaMashu from 08:00 -9:00.

“Summer is around the corner and this weekend we are working on getting our bodies into shape. With the festivities happening on the day, it won’t feel like work. You don’t want to miss this one,” expresses Zola Sibiya, BarOne Gym Squad leader in Gugulethu.

Over the past five years Zola Sibiya has been introducing different styles of keeping fit and healthy in the community. He runs an aerobics club in Gugulethu which has been greatly applauded and welcomed and has seen increased numbers of community members making use of his facility.

Also making an impact in his community, Mlekeleli Khuzwayo, BarOne Gym Squad leader in KwaMashu shares: “Durban has taking on a getting active lifestyle with full steam and we have many prominent figures and personalities attending. If you haven’t made your way to a BarOne Gym Squad yet, make sure to attend this Saturday for a fun outdoor session.”

Mlekeleli Khuzwayo started his gym in KwaMashu with a vision to encourage healthy lifestyles and physical fitness through dance and any form of art possible. Starting with a class of just 30 people to now hosting sessions with hundreds in attendance, Mlekeleli’s BBB (Tripple B) Bootcamp has become a home away from home for many and definitely a BarOne Gym Squad worth visiting.
