If you HAVE your existing Cell C Sim card and would like to keep your old number, follow these steps for a SIM Swap on Cell C:
- Step 1: SMS your new SIM serial number to 084 767 8287
- Step 2: Cell C will send two confirmatory SMSs to your old SIM card
- Step 3: When your old SIM loses network, insert your new Cell C SIM card in the phone
- Step 4: Recharge it and start making calls
