Mission Statement
As a Data Capturer your primary responsibilities will be to capture data accurately and effectively in accordance with the standards and methods of our company and industry. This is a vital process to ensure that Trade shield delivers maximum value to Inoxico’s clients.
Responsibilities:
- Data Capture & Application Validation (80%)
- Ensure accurate, thorough, high-quality, timeous delivery of services
- Prioritise work accordingly and ensure that services are delivered within SLAs and expectations
- Source and verify company information telephonically, via online questionnaires and/or desktop research
- Capture information into relevant internal systems efficiently and effectively
- Ensure that all 3rd party information is requested, obtained, and reviewed timeously such as Trade references
- Ensure timeous resolution of queries and corrections
- Maintain effective communication with all relevant stakeholders
- Ensure that the operating system is used correctly and constantly reflects up-to-date report status
- Consistently achieve KPI targets
- Continuous Improvement (20%)
- Build and maintain knowledge of Inoxico’s systems, data, and processes
- Identify and recommend process improvements to better drive business objectives
- Cultivate a general understanding of commerce and industry by keeping up to date with business and economic trends
Required Qualifications, Competences And Experience:
- Matric including Business Economics and/or Accounting subjects*
- Experience with interpretation of financial statements*
- Exceptional listening, written and verbal communication skills*
- Excellent typing capabilities (40wpm or above)*
- Fluency in Afrikaans, French or Portuguese could be advantageous
- Experience in Credit Management or Credit Bureau operations could be advantageous
