According to Zalebs: The champagne bottles have been popped, and the Idols SA celebrations probably went through right into the early morning.
But it was all worth it.
Karabo is our new SA Idol and the rest of South Africa cannot stop ranting and raving about the outstanding finale we witnessed on Sunday night.
We also enjoyed the splendour that was the finale and we decided to share some of the highlights from the evening.
It wouldn’t be a complete list without mentioning Somizi’s show-stopping weave, that had most viewers either in shock or rolling on the floor with laughter.
For some reason, we think Somizi strategically planned to wear the weave specifically for the finale just to keep his name on people’s lips! Or is it just us? And look, it’s working because we’re even writing about it right now.
Twitterville wasn’t the least bit impressed with Somgaga’s new hairdo and the memes were relentless.
