Dynamic House band duo, Stones & Bones, comprising of CJ Stone and KG Bones, have officially signed to one of South Africa’s leading talent management agencies, Dream Team SA. Dream Team SA is home to talent such as Khuli Chana, Thembi Seete, Ms Cosmo, DJ Zan-D, Gigi Lamayne, Muzart and Tumisho Masha just to name a few.

“We feel very excited to be signed by Dream Team SA, who wouldn’t want to be part of a company that has great artists such as Khuli Chana and Gigi Lamayne! To think we made it past 6000 entrants to be crowned Jack Daniel’s Music Scouts for 2015, is such an overwhelming and life changing experience. It was our first time entering the competition and we entered knowing we were going to push our brand as hard as we could hoping that we would get noticed” expresses Stones & Bones.

Stones & Bones won the 2015 Jack Daniel’s Music Scouts competition selected by K.O, Culoe de Song, DJ Speedsta and Dream Team SA, to whom they are now signed. They plan to use this opportunity to make Stones & Bones a household name in the next few months.

“The energy that Stones & Bones exude is infectious. They have a versatility and X Factor that cannot be denied. They have a broad appeal and a sound that can be plugged into various radio formats and will resonate with a broad spectrum of South Africans. Stones & Bones work ethic and hustler mentality is what any successful music act needs. We are very happy to welcome Stones & Bones to the Dream Team SA family” shares Refiloe Ramogase, Director at Dream Team SA.

The formation of Stones & Bones is not one that you would expect to see in a House duo. Yet, it works like magic. They have a chemistry and musical understanding between them that transcends language and culture. Both CJ Stone and KG Bones DJ, sing, dance, play guitars, saxophones, keys, synthesizers and almost anything else that they can get their hands on. There is never a dull moment when these guys are on stage! Look out for their new single, Ladymonsta, to be play listed on radio stations across the country soon.
