New Summer Menu Granny Mouse Style

As is the tradition at Granny Mouse Country House & Spa, each new season brings a change in the menu, and this summer will be no different as the team launches their new Bistro menu.

With the need for keeping up with the latest in food trends and exuding a fresh approach to the offering, Granny Mouse’s Culinary Artists, have spruced up the menu, adding unique flavours whilst using only the freshest and best ingredients, which will have you coming back to Granny Mouse again and again.

Added to the menu are a host of lighter dishes, under the Starter section, that are perfect for the summer season. There’s a beef carpaccio stack, venison tartare, deconstructed chicken pie, duck tart; smoked salmon blini, stuffed cheesy arancini, Natal spanakopita or try the charcuterie for two.

Mains will certainly hit the spot with a number of sizzling summer options, from grilled kingklip, seared salmon, nori crisp duck, stuffed chicken leg, country cordon bleu chicken roll, beef roulade, lamb coconut curry, pork loin and house salad pork sliders trio. There are loads of brilliant burgers to choose from too – short rib burger; bacon chilli cheese burger, veg burger and chicken burger that will satisfy even the most stringent of burger connoisseurs.
