Sassa Grant Payment Dates December 2022 have been confirmed by the South African Social Security Agency (SASSA). The SASSA Grant Payments Dates For December 2022 help you know when your SASSA Grant will be paid. The SASSA Payments will be made from Thursday 1 December 2022, starting with the older person’s grant. Then Disability grant: Friday 2 December 2022 and Rest of the Sassa grants: Monday 5 December 2022.
Sassa begins distributing these permanent grants on the second day of every new month. However, if the second day of a month falls on a weekend or public holiday, grants will be distributed on the following working day.

- Persons over the age of 75 and war veterans – R2 010
- Foster care – R1 070
- Care dependency – R1 990
- Child support – R480
R350 SRD Sassa Payment Dates For December 2022
There is no fixed payment date for those who receive their Sassa R350 SRD grant payments through the bank account.
Beneficiaries can receive their Sassa grant payments through CashSend, directly into their bank account or their Sassa card.
R350 Grant Payments can be collected at selected supermarkets such as Shoprite, Checkers, USave, Boxer and Pick n Pay stores.
Sassa Beneficiaries are urged to wait for an SMS to say that they can collect their R350 grant and should not head out to collect it if they haven’t received an SMS.
SASSA confirmed, “there is no need to rush to withdraw cash on the first day. Once the money is in the account, it will remain there until it is needed.”
