SASSA Grant Payment Dates For November

Now that Sassa is done with October grant payments, it’s time for beneficiaries to get the SASSA grant payment dates for November. SASSA distributes various SASSA grants to vulnerable individuals. Sassa begins distributing permanent grants from the second day of every new month.

With November around the corner, it’s very important to know your SASSA grant payment dates for the upcoming month so that you know when to collect your SASSA grant payments.

The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) provides financial support to poor and vulnerable South Africans in the form of social grants. Many people living in South Africa depend on these permanent social grants to survive.

Here are the SASSA grant payment dates for November 2022:

Older Person’s Grants 2 November 2022
- This includes any grants linked to these accounts
Disability Grants 3 November 2022
- This includes any grants linked to these accounts
Foster Care Grants 4 November 2022
Care Dependency Grants 4 November 2022
Child Support Grants 4 November 2022

As for the Social Relief of Distress Grant (SRD Grant) which is meant for South African Citizens, Refugees, Asylum Seekers and Special Permit Holders, there is no fixed payment date. However, you should wait for an SMS from Sassa informing you about the payment. The SMS will tell you that your R350 grant is ready for collection. You can collect your R350 grant at retail stores such as Pick n Pay, Checkers, Shoprite, Boxer and USave.

SASSA has previously said that beneficiaries will receive their SRD grants for the months that they qualify for. Keep in mind that if you qualified for the grant, you will receive your R350 grant payments.
