The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) is on track with arrangements to disburse the February 2023 social grants payments from Thursday, 2 February 2023.
The SASSA Payments will be made from Thursday, 2 February 2023 starting with the Older Persons grants. This will be followed by the distribution of disability grants on Friday, 3 February 2023. Child support grants and other remaining Sassa grants will be paid during the next week.

Sassa Srd payment dates
The Sassa Payment Dates for R350 Grant for February 2023 haven’t been confirmed yet. SASSA has said that there is no fixed payment date for those who receive their SRD grant payments through the bank account. These SASSA payment dates are no longer applicable to the post office payout system. SASSA R350 beneficiaries can receive their grants as soon as they receive confirmation of payment from SASSA.
Beneficiaries are urged to wait for an SMS to say that they can collect their R350 grant and should not head out to collect it if they haven’t received an SMS. If you don’t have any banking details, individuals can collect your grant cash from Pick-N-Pay, Shoprite, Checkers, USave or Boxer stores.
The SASSA SRD R350 will be paid to beneficiaries from August 2021 until March 2024.
SASSA previously confirmed, “there is no need to rush to withdraw cash on the first day. Once the money is in the account, it will remain there until it is needed.”
