Lerumo vs Phehello: Only one will survive

Everyone around Lerumo thinks that he has gone mad, but has he? His extreme paranoia and assault on an innocent man has left him in a compromising position about his own sanity. He believes that his brother, Phehello, who supposedly died in prison is still alive and about to unleash a vicious attack on him and steal his wife, Anzani.
True to Lerumo’s thoughts, Phehello is alive and takes Anzani hostage. Petrified for her life, Anzani is taken home to where Lerumo is by Phehello. Phehello’s dream of killing Lerumo and taking Anzani for himself is one step closer.
Only one man will survive. Who will it be?
